I am Valentina Ciobanu, a coaching specialist working at the intersection of business strategy and human transformation.
My work is grounded in three layers of experience.
Academically, I am a Licentiate in Economic Sciences (Finance and Banking), trained to understand how systems, organizations, and markets function. This analytical foundation shapes every conversation I have with clients about strategy, decision-making, and leadership under pressure.
Professionally, I have worked for over a decade in sales leadership, digital marketing, and business strategy. I have led multilingual teams, managed global campaigns, and worked directly with executives, entrepreneurs, and content creators worldwide. I understand what it takes to perform, to lead, and to build something that lasts.
Humanly, my deepest education came from years of pro bono, in-person work across Europe and the Middle East, holding space for people in high-intensity settings, observing how identity, authority, and meaning shift under pressure. This work taught me what no classroom can: how to meet another person where they are truly and how to see through what is being shown.
Today, I bring all of this together as a personal development consultant, leadership and executive coaching specialist, trainer, and digital marketing strategist.
I work with individuals who seek greater clarity, balance, meaning, and authentic performance, whether they are searching for their own direction or are leaders responsible for complex decisions and dynamic teams. My professional identity is defined by empathy, lucidity, strategic thinking, curiosity, pattern recognition, and problem-solving skills.
