This document governs participation in all coaching, consulting, advisory, digital, and educational services provided under the brand ZALAXMI – Wisdom. Coaching. Wealth. , operated by Ciobanu Mirela Valentina PFA, a legal entity established in Romania and fully operating within the regulatory framework of the European Union. By purchasing, booking, accessing, or actively participating in any service, program, live session, digital material, course, or written communication offered through Zalaxmi.com or any associated platforms, the client explicitly acknowledges that they have read, understood, and freely accepted the present Disclaimer and Client Responsibility Agreement in its entirety, without exception.

Coaching services provided by ZALAXMI represent a professional process of guidance, reflection, strategic clarification, and personal or professional development support. Coaching is not psychotherapy, psychological counseling, psychiatric treatment, medical care, legal advice, or financial advisory services regulated under specific professional licensing regimes. No diagnosis, treatment, or therapeutic intervention is offered or implied. Any resemblance to therapeutic discussion is purely conversational and developmental in nature and must not be interpreted as healthcare or a regulated professional service.
The client understands and expressly agrees that all decisions, interpretations, actions, and outcomes arising from coaching interactions remain exclusively their own responsibility. ZALAXMI does not guarantee specific emotional, relational, psychological, financial, or professional results, as outcomes depend on numerous external variables beyond the reasonable control of the coach, including the client’s own effort, consistency, environment, and personal circumstances.
Participation in coaching requires that the client is mentally and emotionally capable of engaging in reflective conversation without requiring clinical supervision. Individuals currently experiencing severe psychological distress, psychiatric instability, or medical crisis are strongly advised to seek licensed healthcare professionals. ZALAXMI reserves the right to refuse, pause, or terminate services where coaching is deemed inappropriate or outside professional scope, including situations involving risk of harm, abuse, manipulation, or misuse of the coaching relationship.
All information shared within sessions is treated as confidential in accordance with professional ethics and applicable European data protection law. Confidentiality may be limited only where disclosure is required by law, necessary to prevent serious harm, or explicitly authorized in writing by the client.
The client agrees to engage respectfully, honestly, and in good faith. Abusive language, coercive behavior, boundary violations, manipulation, harassment, or attempts to transfer personal responsibility onto the coach constitute grounds for immediate termination of services without refund, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.
Payments for coaching services compensate the time, expertise, preparation, and reserved availability of the coach rather than any guaranteed personal transformation or specific measurable outcome. Except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a session has taken place or a digital service has been delivered. Missed sessions, late cancellations, or failure to attend do not create entitlement to refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by European and Romanian law, ZALAXMI shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, emotional distress, relational consequence, professional decision, financial impact, or life outcome arising from the client’s interpretation or application of coaching discussions. The client voluntarily assumes full responsibility for all personal and professional choices made before, during, or after participation in coaching.
Nothing in this agreement excludes rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer protection or data protection legislation within the European Union.
ZALAXMI reserves the right to update this Disclaimer and Agreement at any time to reflect legal, professional, or operational developments. Continued participation in services after publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
