This collaboration is ideal for you if you are a founder, leader, or member of a management team; if you manage, develop, or expand a business, a brand, or a team; if you operate under pressure and carry real responsibilities, not just theoretical ones; if you need clarity in strategy, positioning, direction, and motivation; if you are open to having your decisions challenged, your personal narrative examined, and the way you exercise authority refined.

My work is structured, clear, and centered on results.
It is not therapy. Coaching is not therapy.
It is not surface-level coaching, but a process of clarification, repositioning, and implementation dedicated to people who lead, must make correct decisions, and want to evolve and grow.
Who do I NOT work with?
This collaboration is not suitable for you if:
- you are looking for quick solutions, universal formulas, or results without sustained effort
- you expect validation, encouragement, or “support” instead of clarity and decision
- you avoid responsibility for your choices and shift blame to context, people, or the past
- you want emotional comfort without real structural, strategic, or behavioral change
- you are unwilling to re-examine your positioning, assumptions, or the way you exercise authority
- you confuse introspection with progress and analysis with action
- you seek a space to be heard, not a space to be confronted with lucidity
- you feel threatened by independent judgment, direct feedback, or high standards
- you expect me to adapt to your current limits instead of helping you rise beyond them
- you wait for someone to “carry you forward” instead of assuming execution
- you are not prepared to invest time, attention, and real responsibility in your own process
- you want clarity without intention to change how you decide and act
- you want collaboration without commitment, clarity without discomfort, or progress without personal cost

CONFIDENTIALITY
All professional interactions that occur during coaching, advisory service(s) offered and collaborative efforts within the Zalaxmi brand are treated with a high degree of confidentiality. All information (personal, professional, emotional, strategic) provided by the Client or Coach to the other in any form during the coaching process (including documentation) or any agreement(s) entered into between either party regarding their working relationship will be considered “private,” “confidential,” and “protected” (in accordance with the law). Information will only be treated as above if the Client or Coach receives written permission from the party providing that information. Unless the Client or Coach received such written permission, neither party shall disclose any information discussed, published, transferred, or shared with other individuals or third-party organisations (by email, telephone, and/or other). This applies to all Types of Collaborative entities: private individuals, private entrepreneurs, small/medium businesses, and large corporations.
There are limited situations under which client and/or organisational confidentiality may be breached without an individual’s explicit written permission. These limited circumstances exist where competent public authorities, judicial institutions, and law enforcement agencies require the release of confidential client information because of an emergency that threatens the safety of individuals or where a law stipulates the release of this information. Such circumstances will limit such an emergency to only the information necessary to fulfil the requirements of law, and will restrict the release of any other information. To support this framework of confidentiality, all collaborative relationships that occur under this framework are usually documented in some way through the signing of a contractual agreement. Each contractual agreement will have a confidentiality and/or non-disclosure clause to specifically address the confidentiality of the information being shared with each party and provide clarity on the confidentiality, protection of reputations, and peace of mind of both parties. Confidentiality is a fundamental professional standard of the practice of Zalaxmi and is considered essential to the development of a safe, responsible, and performance-oriented workplace.
