By accessing this website, purchasing any service, scheduling a session, or participating in any program, digital material, or communication offered through Zalaxmi.com or associated platforms, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Continued use of the services constitutes legally binding agreement.

Terms & Conditions – Nature and Scope of Services
All services provided by ZALAXMI consist exclusively of professional coaching, strategic guidance, mentoring, consulting, and educational support intended for personal or professional development.
Coaching is a collaborative, reflective, and forward-focused process designed to support clarity, decision-making, accountability, and growth. It is not psychotherapy, psychological counseling, psychiatric treatment, medical care, legal advice, or financial advisory service regulated under professional licensing regimes.
No diagnosis, treatment, therapeutic intervention, or regulated professional opinion is provided or implied at any time. Any resemblance to therapeutic discussion is purely conversational, educational, and developmental in nature and must not be interpreted as healthcare or regulated professional service.
Clients experiencing psychological distress, mental health crisis, medical emergency, or any condition requiring licensed intervention must seek appropriate qualified professionals immediately. ZALAXMI assumes no responsibility for outcomes arising from failure to obtain such care.

Client Responsibility and Decision Autonomy
The client expressly acknowledges that all decisions, interpretations, actions, and results arising from coaching interactions remain solely their own responsibility.
ZALAXMI does not guarantee specific emotional, relational, psychological, financial, or professional outcomes, as results depend on multiple variables beyond the reasonable control of the coach, including the client’s effort, consistency, environment, timing, and personal circumstances.
Participation in coaching confirms that the client is mentally and emotionally capable of engaging in reflective conversation without requiring clinical supervision. ZALAXMI reserves the unrestricted right to refuse, pause, reschedule, or terminate services where participation is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, abusive, manipulative, or outside professional scope.

Payments, Scheduling, and Refund Policy
All services are prepaid unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. A booking, purchase, or payment confirmation secures the allocated time and professional availability of the provider.
In accordance with European Union legislation on digital services and distance contracts, the client expressly requests immediate execution of the purchased service and acknowledges that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right is waivedonce the service has begun, been scheduled, or delivered in any form, including session reservation, consultation, digital access, or communication exchange.
Accordingly, all payments are final and non-refundable after scheduling or delivery, except where mandatory law explicitly requires otherwise. Missed sessions, late cancellations, lack of attendance, or subjective dissatisfaction do not constitute grounds for refund.

Confidentiality and Information Protection
All information shared within coaching sessions is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with professional ethics, applicable privacy law, and European data protection regulations. Confidentiality may be limited only where disclosure is required by law, necessary to prevent serious harm, or expressly authorized in writing by the client.
Clients agree not to record, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit any coaching content, methodologies, materials, conversations, or intellectual property obtained through ZALAXMI services without prior written consent. Unauthorized disclosure or misuse constitutes breach of contract and may result in immediate termination of services and legal action where applicable.
Likewise, ZALAXMI commits not to disclose client information for commercial or reputational purposes without explicit consent, except in anonymized educational or professional contexts where identity cannot be determined.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZALAXMI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, relational, professional, or financial damages arising from participation in coaching services, decisions made by the client, or outcomes occurring before, during, or after engagement.
The client accepts full responsibility for the application or non-application of any insight, recommendation, or discussion arising within coaching interactions.

Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, written content, session structures, educational resources, branding elements, and methodologies associated with ZALAXMI remain the exclusive intellectual property of the provider. No part may be copied, reproduced, transmitted, taught, resold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union regulations. Any dispute arising in connection with services shall be subject to the competent courts of Romania, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

Final Acceptance
By purchasing, booking, or participating in any ZALAXMI service, the client confirms full legal acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Withdrawal Policy, and the Coaching Disclaimer & Client Responsibility Agreement.
